Coming from an engineering background, Bas has over 16 years’ management experience in transforming organizations and leading complex IT projects. From 2016 to 2020 he hasbeen one of the initiators and driving forces behind a 30M Digital Transformation program for Van Lanschot Kempen. After finishing that highly successful program he wasappointed as Chief Analytics Officer in 2021, responsible for making Van Lanschot Kempen a more data-driven organization.
