Kocer has PhD in (Mathematical) Social Sciences; before joining ING in 2019, he has been in academia (Universities of Amsterdam, Geneva, Twente) working on various domains of quantitative sociology and political economy while participating in research projects in medical science. At ING he works at the Strategy & Special Projects Team focusing on ING’s Model Ethics Framework.
