I studied online for 4 years at numerous universities in the subjects; math, statistics, software development, data science.
Started 1.1.2020 at ING (Global Analytics – Customer Dialogue Analytics) as a Customer Journey Expert and currently working as a Data Scientist specializing in NLP. Topics of interest; Data Quality, Taxonomy engineering, bot (NLU) development and optimization, Dialog Analytics. Leveraging techniques, like; Denoising, Active Learning, Augmentation.
